I am from the uk currently self employed and I have been following bitcoin for around 6 months. I feel that one of the main advantages of bitcoin is the low transfer fee's. So I think this year bitcoin will be used in real estate and property transactions a lot more due to massive fee's especially here in the uk.
After sometime following news real estate sales for bitcoin by continuous google searching across various sites i came to the conclusion there was not a place for news or for various listings on this subject. So I have set this site up with a goal of creating a online source of news and listings from worldwide brokers. We are in talks with various brokers at present about getting them involved in advertising estates available for Bitcoin on our site.
I also wanted to include a "shop window" classified section for sellers who want cut out the broker and place there own listing with us. We do not get involved in the actual transfer we are only giving the seller a window to place their advert.
Our website is still under development at present, we are aiming to be up and running fully within 2weeks.
