I have never heard of someone who puts his house for sale on an online forum with such info given, and the fact that you want bitcoin for it makes it even weirder, and i am quite sure thats not allowed. I have seen people try and sell before. Personally I would say actually talk to OgNasty about an escrow, I'm sure he wouldn't mind escrow fees, since he has done some large escrows before.

The fist is worth 230k but what I did was file a fixture filing on my second since it was a purchase money transaction. Now in order for the first to foreclose they have to pay off the second (in regards to the fixtures that have a value of 65k) because of the fixture filing. I also have title insurance on my lien!
