Well it looks like this is a old thread, way back in 2014 but its soo interesting that even back then HYIP is already there and scamming a lot of crypto enthusiast up to this day. But by now we already know that there's no such thing as a paying HYIP, technically though they will pay you on your first investment which makes you re-invest more, and that's where the trap is, and when you thought that its legit, then BOOM, the site is on maintenance and have exited already.
IS there any hyip website who actually pays off the investors?

? Just like you called it hyip I don't think at this time we have real hyips that will pay off good money. Good Hyips websites hardly comes by and it's even hard to noticed a good paying one cus one will have to do a deep research so he or she can be in a safer side when intending to invest.

But why risking your money on a hYIP and hoping you can pass an entire circle and get back money with some profits or just learn how to do it yourself and make money without needing to be afraid to wake up and see your money is gone.
I agreed with what you said because I have once be in such kind of situations with hyip site and to me I see hyip site as a faucet and cloud mine site because you can only earn penny through them and the end of it they might run away with your investment. However, there's one hyip site I knew which is into the business for acouple of years now clixsense google it cause I'm not sure if the still remember the name correctly.IS there any hyip website who actually pays off the investors??
In 2012 I went into investing in hyip and of a truth before three months I lose all my investment. If you really want to get more loses you should try hyip. Majority of the hyip we see on the internet started paying from beginning but the truth is that you will not know if there are going to stop paying on your head! Please never invest in hyip if you don't want to lose your investments. ?

Ha ha "from 2013". Looking at the scam site it seems this means it's been in operation for almost 7 weeks! Let's take a daily return of 4% that seems common in the example first commenter provided: With interest invested with the same magic formula that's over 1600000% a year.
So the question you should ask: Which choice would these magic formula owners pick?
- Invest $1000 of your own money. Keep using your magic formula for just one year. Retire on your private tropical island with more than $1.600.000.000
- Build a complex system where small investors can invest money. The system requires a lot of development, so need to hire web developers, customer service people -- and of course legal help because your handling other peoples money and personal details. On top of that work you are doing all the work in option #1. Almost all of the profit goes to the small investor, you just take enough to make a living. Continue doing this until you are 65, retire to an old folks home.
Who chooses option #2? I can think of only one group: those who don't actually have a magic formula and who intend to steal your money.
