Just look on ICOBench, there are many ICOs with good rating. The rating is given by industry experts.
It is hard to say, but the best option you could take is join their telegram so toy can encounter users that has the same target as you. For me, I always check the team mostly the manager for bounty campaigns and if they are know then I'm confident that it is legit. Also, I based on their rank as an additional measure, it is better to give trust to those who have positive feedbacks and has a higher rank.
