I think you need multiple leaders to lead everything in the right tracks.
Maybe A few good rich persons with a good heart from different counrty's that could work togheter.

More than a Leader I think India requires awareness at bottom level..! most of the population is living in Oblivion..! they make their minds just in influence of others who succeed to persuade. Anyways that just my 2cents lets see what Modi do in next 5years .. testing times ahead for him..!
