Look back through history, markets boom and crash, the crypto market is essentially no different. Instead of gold or oil or stocks and shares you are trading alt coins. Markets are cyclic today a crash, tomorrow a boom. Strong nerves needed when the market drops like a stone though.

Never be worried to this bitcoin priced crash because many of us will know that it will going up. So make more patience and hold your bitcoin. We all know that bitcoin has volatility so better to wait than you lose.

In other words people will regret a lot cause of this panic selling. Numbers
are big, many people are selling and getting out of Bitcoins and crypto generally.
I made my first buying at $3000. Partially I am in profit, but I had more money
in one moment. I regret a bit cause I did not spot that top, sold some Bitcoins
and buy now again. What the hell, I will just buy more with my money.
I hope that price will stay under $10k for a while. I need to buy some other
coins to, and I will need time for collecting money. I hope that Bitcoin will wait
me.

... I happily buy the market down as much as I can, and for that reason buy in smaller fractions per time to not lose out on even cheaper coins....

shhhh come on man, dont advert to all those noobs how they could made some profit!! Tongue

... The whales make their money from the fear that makes newbies sell when the price crashes...

And this will repeat again in the future, people seems to never learn or never research a little bit before take any decision, only because of this fact, i mean because whales "are playing", im pretty sure that btc will pump very soon...

What kind of fool is actually prepared to sell at these prices? I know I'm not  Wink
I bought at $17,654 and I am still holding and also have bought for friends lately. I believe that bitcoin is going to recover soonest as the fearful and panic traders have no more to sell.  The right time to buy is now and selling should be an unwise thing to do now.  Bitcoin is going to break its' December high before the middle of this year.

I've hodled from early 2014 & I'm worried  Embarrassed

How can you be worried? I still have some early 2013 that still haven't moved from the moment I withdrew them to my cold wallet. I haven't even got any incentive to move them in order to dump the BCash tied to that private key. Now you are worried, but what if we today would reach $5000 as an all time high? You would be extremely happy. It's just that the market has gone up too much, in an extremely short period of time. Accept the fact that this market just wasn't ready for such an upwards movement, and let it settle at whatever levels it's going to settle at. Whether you worry or not, nothing will change that situation. I know we have gone down more than 50% from the peak in December, but try to sit it out - we'll recover for sure, it just might take some time.

Anyone new to Bitcoin might sell when they see their investment has lost half its value. Old timers used to years of dramatic price movements know it will recover eventually, newbies don't. The whales make their money from the fear that makes newbies sell when the price crashes.

People sell because they don't understand Bitcoin and its market. The general noob logic is that Bitcoin can become worthless overnight, which triggers these panic sellers to sell now in order to not lose everything. Funny thing however is that they are eventually going to buy back their coins once the market is going up again, but then with a massive premium. Instead of preventing further losses, they are burning through their money even further, because it's a never ending cycle for them -- it's pure capital destruction. I happily buy the market down as much as I can, and for that reason buy in smaller fractions per time to not lose out on even cheaper coins.
