Moscow is affected and there is strict quarantine in this city, so, it's very strange to see table tennis tournament in action. I tried to make research about it, but I failed to find any information about players or broadcast of tournament. Probably it was made only for betting purpose.
And I see some more such tournaments in countries which in lockdown. Like golf in USA, table tennis in Ukraine and Armenia, short hockey in Russia or exhibition tennis somewhere.

Maybe they are playing on a region where there are no contamination, this is risky considering that Russia has registered that number of infected, it's either promoters will have a strict physical and social distancing or they will not allow audiences at all, the promoters are very brave I wonder if they have a permission to push through.

I thought they have lesser than those numbers. Their local news say that there were particular events that were not canceled so I guess that this is one of it.

I think it's local only or those country where covid-19 did not spread that is why they still continue playing the sports even as of this current situation. Well, the players do really have distance from other player when playing tennis and should wear gloves to avoid spreading any bacteria or virus if there is any. Keep safe everyone.
