Really high LW in cgminer- need help

I started to notice that the LW value in cgminer is showing a very high number. It is almost 1:1 with my accepted shares. What does LW mean? Is it a bad thing? How do i fix it? Thanks for the help!

I actually have 5 GPUs running...i dont know why it wont copy the last line of cgminer but you get the idea
