i'm  not getting this thread at all, but i think logical case for them would be to ship RMA to the same address where that particular piece of hardware was shipped to originally, unless customer specifies different address.

because  people would complain if they did not do it.

if i moved and ordered something and changed my addy and all that and then ordered something else and they sent it to my old house, i would be pissed.

yeah i think you should have double checked.

Well I just found out that to do ship rma items to your primary address I got an email back and I thought they shipped it to him because on ups label it says the the California address as the return address. Well man you can prevent getting pissed by complaining newegg to ship it to your last address you bought something from I'm sure you'd be their first complaint about it.

I don't understand why you accepted any form of RMA service.
If you purchased the card within 14 days why not send it back for a full refund or an exchange?

I did it for an exchange I talked to them over the phone they didn't ask me what address to ship it to and I realized they shipped it to the wrong address 3 days later after I looked at the tacking information.

Yeah, they default to the last address you used...you've gotta pay attention on the checkout page.

So Newegg sends me a defective 6970 that artifacts like crazy anyways So I have to start and RMA. So I recently bought some heat sinks for my mining buddy for his video cards to ship to his address and when I call up Newegg to get this advanced rma setup they did it all I was happy since I didn't have to not have a computer for 2 weeks. Then 3 days later I look at the tracking information and they sent it to his address... Why didn't they ask me what address to ship it to, why do they ship to the last address you shipped something to. This is just ridiculous just good that he lives 1 mile form Newegg he'll just take the card back but man this is pisses me off lol Newegg. I just find it troublesome that they didn't even ask me an address they were sending it to his address it was not even my primary it was just a 1 time thing but whatever shit happens I guess...
