Ive send from cryptopia ETC to an exp adress in poloniex ........ so they must recover them as i said upper they are fully able to do this but as you see they dont reply reallly slower 1 week gone already

 Ive send now again Half the amount ive send last time but this to the right adress  Roll Eyes  Cheesy Grin

Still no response? What's with them, are they still finding some troubles or experiencing some attacks?

That's a long time already and still you are not getting any reply from them.

Oh well others are even getting some resolution and reply from their ticket for almost a month and they were too happy about that reply.

I hope so aswell the money i have hold in the wrong adress are worth around 300$ which isnt less at all for me Smiley

What wrong address? maybe you mean to say you had put it on a wrong exchange?

Your problem is still not taken by their support. And I guess there are still on queued request from other users and they are taking it seriously. I wonder why they are taking too long for such tickets to be reviewed. I hope that your ticket will be good and taken by their representative soon.

no one can help you here, waiting is a tedious job, you can only wait for replies from poloniex support. my advice do not make a lot of support tickets, 1 or 2 is enough.
Correct, don't spam the tickets for just to you be on queued. This is annoying to the supports and especially when they are receiving too many queries that they can't deal altogether at the same time.

They had tons of problems dealing with everyday and sometimes we are the only ones who are lack of patience. But I know OP's struggle with 4 days stuck with his problem.

Try to wait for some more time. We can't help you on it but waiting will help you.
Spamming tickets wont really help out for you to be prioritize which are just adding up the tickets which are on pending.In the current situation of poloniex as of now regarding with their slow,its is really very slow which we should really need patience but there are instance that it is really too long to wait and if our issue is on our exchange funds then we would easily gone our temper and done such things that being stated on here.

Yes it won't that will be no help, just wait for them to review the tickets as all of it are important matter to them.

Patience is needed when it comes to this type of problems and I'm aware of doing this since with other requests from other websites before that is not with crypto.

Any update on your ticket OP?

Hello has anybody soon their ticket reply? I have since 4 days one and i have opened 6-7 at once to pay there attention .About 20 retweets on twitter, i typed now on Mike-Poloniex at reddit.Even at their business enquiry form ..... Cheesy .So what are my chances to get reply in the next decate ? Anybody with same issue as me  Huh Roll Eyes

Haha, good luck with that! Don't mean to say it in a bad way at all, but all these big exchanges have a really bad reputation for support, especially for the minnows like I'm pretty sure you are.

The key is to keep trying, but always be polite, and don't spam/flood. Just a polite reminder every few days on all channels. Eventually, that will work. But don't be annoying or rude, remember these are also people and they will rather help a polite customer than an annoying brat.

Keep your ticket to one number also, don't keep opening new ones.

Eh i wont make nomore.But they can recover my money since i have tlaked to EXP dev ChristopherFranko and he said they are FULLY able to do it only lefts to reply me Smiley.And thats why i asked to see if people got their tickets replied soon

1 or 2 or appropriate but there are really some impatient person who do tend to send out 23 or more tickets believing that they can able to get the attention of their support which i do see thats still useless and would rather adding up on the amounts of email being recieved which would really cause even more delay.I admit that they do really have support nowadays not compared into those earlier years on its service which they are really attentive but now they are slow as turtle and they should really take concern on this one.
yes, making too many tickets will cause spam and slow down the support team to process our complaints.

but we can not blame the users, because they are also panicked and confused. but the support team can not process complaints quickly, as there may be dozens or hundreds of customer complaints they have to resolve.

You cant help me sadly here ive send ETC to exp adress and the only who can help me are poloniex sadly.I have cloned the tickets so basically each has same information explained very wide my enquiry Smiley

The forum is full of posts because of their very slow support. But I can advice you to create a support ticket, that easily can be answered by poloniex, so you have higher chances for a faster answer. Means: Write short with meaningful headline and study faq. Choose their terms, that describe your issue. Maybe also post your issue here so that you can get a good advice also here.
