I've had no problems with this site. So far everything's worked out a-okay for me. It's early days at the moment though, so I'd strongly suggest not going over 0.25, +/- 0.05btc, the pool needs to get bigger before larger transactions become feasible.
It's been a little slow, but that's because of a lack of 'investors'. The Moderators have been very helpful and show you respect if you show it to them.
I like that it's a sustainable system though, they have 18btc in a reserve wallet to help them meet the 12 hour guarantee time for larger orders (but like I said, needs more 'investors' before it's safe to do larger orders).
They have a priority list, with low volume transactions at the top, medium volume ranges from medium to high priority, and larger transactions at medium priority. The max you can send in, IIRC, at this time is 1btc. A bit high I think this early in the game, but by all means go for it.

It is much worse than a scam. It is actually working. It pay you an incredible gain every time and you can't help but think you can make infinite money from it.
So you keep re-investing and you convince more and more people to get in until the moment it stop and you realise you lost all your money, your reputation and there is no one to blame but you because the rules where clear since the start.

Any Delays from the payouts is simply caused buy the amount in the wallet that is spendable/confirmed. After investments clear payouts are then sent out. like i said we still have a few bugs to work out.
