It is rather strange to ask about your problem in the English-language section. Why not ask about your problem in your native language. Moreover, in Russian, it will be clear what you really need. In addition, there is a good aggregator of exchange sites. There you can exchange back and forth, and you can also buy bitcoins there. https://www.bestchange.ru/

well i personally am not russian and i posted here because this is the most visited section. Thanks for the link though.

Hodlhodl.com and Localcryptos.com are 2 potential solutions if we if we have someone to receive paypal payments for that person. I just couldn't find a lot of reviews for that paricular sites.

Both services are legitimate and have pretty good reputation among the community. There aren't much reviews for both simply because the Coinbases and the Binances has far far more usage and adoption due to the convenience factor.

Because the sender is probably not interested to use Bitcoin! Or have no other choice...
Donezk is not in Russia, it's a self-proclaimed state in Ukraine

Thank you, you nailed it 100%. Yes, exactly. That's the problem.

@Guys

You're confusing his problem

1) He needs to receive Paypal funds.
2) He wants then to convert the money in BTC

Problem: He can't open a Paypal account due to his location

The problem with the suggestions given in post#2 is that you're going to pay a very high fee, about 20%, perhaps more.
If the Paypal account belongs to an American you can use Coinbase https://blog.coinbase.com/a-new-way-to-buy-crypto-on-coinbase-using-paypal-e9162f735dcb?gi=383ec3258f97

2. the person is looking for a way to create a paypal account to receive money and then convert it to bitcoin
Why not receive bitcoin right away rather than  using paypal and then convert it tl bitcoin if the goal is to have bitcoin rather than having a paypal account. It's very hard to create paypal on russia if that's where that person is from. The solution is provided above. That's the problem if the country bans all electronic wallets like paypal and many more.

2. the person is looking for a way to create a paypal account to receive money and then convert it to bitcoin

Finding a loophole and creating a PayPal account on a country that doesn't allow PayPal(idk, based on your description) is a huge risk. PayPal can require AML/KYC documents in a snap of a finger.

If the money is going to come from PayPal, all he can probably do is to ask a friend with a PayPal account to receive the money.

I wish I could understand your question very well.
Please wait..
1. Is the person looking for a platform to buy and sell bitcoin through his local currency? Or
2. Is the person just trying a way how to open a PayPal account?
Please, make me understand...

But, if it's  the first question you mean, then I will  like to suggest either Binance p2p, or Localbitcoin.com(since It also has p2p) or even remitano p2p, because thats what I used, and I have been very ok with how the platform works. You can buy and sell your bitcoin very fast in few seconds

[Nope]No hype delivers more than hope
Does the person you want to help want bitcoins (as per the thread title)? If so, why don't you first convert your paypal to bitcoin on the p2p exchange and then send it to that person so that it doesn't bother him looking for a platform to swap bitcoins.

Probably send the dude some bitcoin or whatever crypto and let him sell the crypto through peer-to-peer platforms? Take a look at HodlHodl[1] and LocalCryptos[2].

Make sure he knows what he's doing though.

Hello my firends, i basically want to help someone living in donezk. This person is not allowed to use or create a paypal account due the difficult situation in donezk. This is why i am looking for someone to help here. Someone who can speak russian as well (i can't) would be pretty nice. I have read something about paxum and bitsafe but making an account is also not allowed in this area. Any help is appreciated!
