That's not a threat. I think he means, just wait until your hands can not be used to touch alia's body. he wants you to resist watching a young girl's body without using your hands. #Amin to that brother.

This is very serious. I hope this kind of action can be processed as fast as moderator can and the member who are doing this can get the punishment he/she deserves.

Seems like the account is still active not banned yet.
This is unacceptable. I am not sure if I can red tag the user for this specific action he/she did. If then please someone let me know. I will red tag.
And since it's completely against the rule so I am sure we just need to wait until any mod see this post and ban MOSSAD

- I guess they still have not seen it yet.I wonder if we had more mods then it would be easier for them to clean up these types of messes.

I tagged that mo-fo for enrolling alt accounts in a bounty campaign. If he made these kinds of threats toward you, I suggest you report them and add your own negative trust. That account will be more worthless than it already is, and my guess is that it'll get a ban for the threat anyhow. That's against the rules as far as I know.
