Not really... Unless you can find some reference for that address (it doesn't show any real hits on Google), or for that transaction ID (it doesn't show up much either) then your chances of finding the source are relatively small.
Did you use that receive address for a Sig campaign? Or cloud mining? Or ICO? Or some other type of "investment"?
