Your paranoia has no technical basis:  small payments to your account cannot result in compromise without some other social engineering or malware/virus shit going on. 

Did you ever go to one of those "free 0.000005 BTC" sites?  There are a few of them and they will pay out.....eventually.  Perhaps you gave them your address a few days ago and their transaction finally went through/out. 

Yea I think I did one actually - that must be it. Forgot about that.

Hi All,

Very new to the forums and have been doing a lot of reading. Today I received a VERY small payment to my wallet. .00000005btc came in and I have no idea where it came from or who sent it. Has this happened to anyone? Is it normal? I am worried it may be a sign of compromised security like the same way someone who steals your credit card puts a small charge on it to see if you notice. Maybe I'm just being paranoid.
