Seeing as how the online wallet now shows 15 "wallet fee" transactions I'd say you were right, the wallet glitched and sent the coins over and over. Blockchain.info shows all 15 transactions, so I'd say I'm in the clear!
I think I'll transfer them to another wallet just to be sure, then contact the wallet provider to see if they'd like their coins back.

It sounds like a bank error in your favor.
With 520 confirmations the chance of them being reversed due to a reorganization is essentially zero.
Use a third party tool like blockchain.info or blockexplorer. If the 15 transactions have different transaction IDs then you likely are good. Most likely there was an issue with the online wallet which caused it to execute the withdraw request multiple times. It is impossible for the same coin to be spent more than once but the eWallet may have simply "paid" you 15 times.
On the other hand if you only see these 15 transaction in your client on and not on a third party tool (blockchain.info or blockexplorer) it is highly likely you don't have these coins they never existed and it is some parsing error by your client. Another way to check this would be to transfer all the coins to a new address. If that transaction confirms then defacto other nodes are saying the prior transactions (all 15 of them) are valid.
Without providing any specific transactions that is the best I can do. Without any more information I mean leaning towards the former possibility (error/bug on site resulted in multiple valid withdrawals).

Should be yours now, why don't you transfer them to another address of yours. That way you can be sure.

But then it got weird, the same transaction showed up, 15 times. The original transfer was for .53xxx something coins, so I actually received 7.95xxx coins total which is one hell of an oversight.
I see 520+ confirmations on each individual transaction, so I guess these coins are mine now?
I'm just trying to figure out what happened as I intend to return the missing coins, though nobody has asked yet. I don't want to be out of my own coins if these 15 transactions somehow show up as bad however. When can I safely say these coins are mine? As soon as bitcoin-qt tells me they are good?
I'd rather not mention any specifics, but it is a reputable company who's coins I'm sure I'm still holding if that makes any difference.
