A good choice could be wait until the first 15, 000,000 REC and get a discount of 12% buying 1REC = 0,88 $.

Cryptocurrency Backed by Real Estate sounds like a good idea. One thing to be considered is the price per REcoin that equals to 1 USD and the first 10M REC have discount of 15%. Right Now the sell no more than 3.5M REC.

The white paper looks good (https://101recoin.com/uploads/en/Recoin_WhitePaper.pdf)

There is one important section on page 16

Mining will be required to build the blockchain
for REcoin, with miners receiving 15% of funds
emitted from the mining process, while 83% will
go toward the REcoin Trust real estate
investments.

I guess we should read this as 15% of the value invested will go to the miners. So if you invest in the ICO for 85 cents on the dollar that would imply you are not paying for the mining of the coin, right?

what you invest in coin, it's like you bought it. when you mine recoin, it's like your work with the recoin salary.

I have looked into their site and I am looking for all of their team profiles with active Linkedin, I think it is very good to invest in REcoin project, because they are very serious to build a REico ico project.

Their website (https://101recoin.com/en) does look OK, but as always, care is advised.
As a newcomer, I am thinking about investing a very small amount just for the fun.
