Hello,
Is there any service where I can check recommended transaction fee in sat/byte for Bitcoin?
Maybe something like https://ethgasstation.info/ for Ethereum...

There are many services/websites such as :
https://coinb.in/#fees - recommended
https://bitcoinfees.info/ - not really helpful since they use dollar unit

If you want detailed info, check these link :
https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#1,1w
https://anduck.net/bitcoin/fees/
https://statoshi.info/dashboard/db/fee-estimates

How many hours will last my transaction if I will set 1.1 sat/byte within 10 blocks in Electrum?

Transaction with 1 sat/byte should able confirmed within 1-3 blocks/10-30 minutes at this moment

You mean something like this? https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/

Using this site's statistics & forecasts, a 1.1 sat/b transaction *would be* confirmed within 5 blocks. ( ~~1 hour), do note that this is just an expectation, and not really that reliable in some cases, since the site, and the mempool are updated rather frequently.

Just now the estimations of 1-2 sat/b transactions confirming went from 0-5 blocks to 0-10.

Their chart is helpful, but people shouldn't rely on "Which fee should I use?" question because they often overestimate the fees
