I just wonder these many criteria are to be followed on choosing a lottery? I may not. Because I am just concerned about my winning probability. We've tried freebitco.in in the past but didn't have any luck there. Luckydice.com is always a good recommendation for dice players, since there is a jackpot.

Maybe you can change the title into casino games with jackpot features. Since I think lottery games don't correlate with the casino's slots with jackpot. It's a different game. A lottery gets its winners from generating random picks from all participated users while in casino games, it is on your own hands to play with your luck.

Yes many slot games has jackpot, one of the most popular slot is mega moolah where there is a huge jackpot that can be won if someone is lucky enough.
Most slot games has bonus feature as well, well known as freespin bonus where players has a chance to win big but of course the chance is low.

This doesn't meet all of the demands that were listed in the OP, but I think a crash game like Bustabit would fit the criteria pretty well. The game's extremely simple to play and understand, with a very good UI, and although there isn't a jackpot for the game, there's always the potential for a very large multiplier to come around to ride, so the potential rewards for the game are very high. I also find crash to be extremely replayable despite being as simple as it is; it might be the occasional high multipliers or maybe the multipliers and bright green and red text or all of those factors, but I highly suggest your friend tries the gamemode out for himself at least once.

I'm Filipino, but I'm now based in Europe. My friend is European so it needs to be a site that caters to them.

Rocketpot might be worth checking out if your friend really likes jackpot they have 3 different jackpots that can be hit depending on the state of the game. I think gambling websites or games are not meant to have this jackpot thing sometimes they have it with the whole users in the websites but already with a price of just a few hundred dollars.
Some are suggesting the freebitco.in but their are some allegations that about the jackpot in the websites since their is no one winning the jackpot ever.

The same thing applies on other games, people should not believe that they can earn something from gambling in general.

Lottery still a form of gambling but doesn't need skills, all you have to do is betting with lucky picks. Same with dice game, lottery can be played without any hassle of learning by process.
Though the chances of hitting the jackpot is very rare and low because it's only by lucky chance you're gonna win.

And for a lottery site, does it really matter if it has great graphics and bonus games? You will not literally play on a lottery but instead will just simply buy tickets so I guess that shouldn't be a factor.

For a lottery, I only knew freebitco.in too but it is a rare case for me too see if there is someone from here in the forum, won their weekly lottery already.
