What the most cost-effective way to withdraw Canadian dollars from MtGox?
Anyone used OkPay for that?
I know Dwolla doesn't work in Canada.
It's hard-to-impossible to estimate total loss to fees, commissions and time [there is always something hidden] without actually doing it.
Anyone has direct experience with this?
Buy BTC, send them to VirtEx, sell them for CDN$, then withdraw them to your bank account or do an Interact E-Transfer. Anyone used OkPay for that?
