Old wallets are more reliable for me, they have special ways of workaing so I can put my money there and be calm about minimised losses and lack of disadvantages.

If you are sending from exchange,  the exchange may help you for a fee!  If you sent the coin on your own,  there might be no way to retrieve your coin. If the value of the coin is high,  you may create a bounty and see what can be done in recovering your coin!

I think the old wallet is not that much trust able  for holding the currency. I suggest everyone to select more suitable and stable ones which is preferable and safe.

There should be more specific information regarding the coin and wallet you have been using. If your old wallet has the option of exporting private key, then you should find a latest version of the wallet and export the key there.

When you transfer money in crypto, there is no refund option. It is a good and also bad thing. Good for receiver, bad for payer. Or good for merchant and bad for customer Smiley.

As long as you have the key I guess you will be able to find a way to recover it. You may wait for somedays because if your cryptocurrency has not been transferred to the old wallet it may return.

This might happen for a reason that you haven’t added proper transaction fee. You could try to make another transaction with proper fee or you may use your private key to a new version of the old wallet.

Any chance to get it back. It is not yet received even with lots of confirmations.

I will suggest you give more details about the wallet because this might make it more clear to participants in this forum and someone might likely have an idea on what you can do to get your coin back and you can also take more time to continue sending message to the manager of the wallet until you get the coin back.

can be guaranteed that the gas cost is too low and the exchange doesn't proceed. it is probably going to be returned in or returned inside a couple of days. I have encountered a similar occasion. incorporate exchange evidence or screen capture to make it clearer.

provide us the more detail and as long as you have your key to open your old wallet and you can attempt to recoup it however it appears as though your concern is putting low exchange charges and after that, you exchange stuck in the system and it may genuine. simply attempt to rebroadcast it again with a superior charge.

You should post more data with respect to wallet and coin, however, what's the issue here is that your old wallet isn't legitimately synchronized and it cannot demonstrate coins which you see affirmed on the blockchain. Do you have the alternative to trade the private key from that old wallet?

Try contacting the support of your current wallet if you can't any other way to regain your coins. But, if the transaction is stuck somehow then it might be because of the transaction fee being too low to process the whole transaction. In that case, keep patience, once the transaction is completed you can easily retreive it.

You haven't really provided enough information for us to provide help for you. But, seems like it shouldn't be a problem for you if you can still sync your old wallet and know the passcodes to that. But, since your transaction is still not completed then it can be a problem with the gas amount and in that case you'll get back your coins within some days.

If you still got your keys to your old wallet it shouldn't be a problem for you to regain the coins. But, if you have sent the coins using very low amount of transaction fees then it might take a lot of time to reach your old wallet and you need to wait for receiving that now.

If you see and do some research on your own, you will see that most of the people will not consider it safe to use old wallets. So, try and look for a better and secure new wallet for your ow coins' safety.

Just to be on the safe side, it will be better to not to use the old wallet for the purpose you are intending for. It is better to get a new and secure wallet.

First of all, it will be better to not to use the old wallets. It is not a safe option. Secondly use a more suitable and reliable wallet which is relatively new to hold your money there.

It would be better if you post more details about your wallet and coins. Old wallets sometimes not synced and so, you cannot see your coins. Try exporting your private keys and then import when the wallet is updated.

As for as I know, if you have private keys to the old wallet, you can still recover your coins and sent it to a new wallet, but if you don't have the private key to the old wallet, I am sorry but you have lost the coins.

Old wallet is not reliable place for holding money, I recommend you to choose more suitable and stable ones which you can trust and which will be safe.

It seems that it was received.
By saying old wallet you mean there's a new version? If yes then download it first, but don't open yet. Then:

  • Go to Appdata\Roaming in your computer.
  • Search for the wallet folder, I assume it's Ragnarok, open it and copy the wallet.dat then paste it somewhere safe for back up
  • Go back to Ragnarok folder, except the wallet.dat delete all other files/folders inside
  • Open your newly downloaded wallet. It will automatically generate the folder files in Roaming, but will not overwrite the wallet.dat
  • Let it sync

If the wallet generate a folder with a different name from the old one (RagnarokV2 for example), just copy your back up wallet.dat and paste it there (replace the new one) then let the wallet sync.

If still having issues, it would be better to contact the team and ask for help.

can be ensured that the gas price is too low and the transaction is not continued. it is likely to be returned in or returned within a few days. I have experienced the same event. include transaction proof or screenshoot to make it clearer.
It is a coin, not a token.

You should post more info regarding wallet and coin, but what's the problem here is that your old wallet is not properly sync and it can not show coins which you see confirmed on blockchain. Do you have option to export private key from that old wallet ? This is first you should do, then try to find latest version of this wallet and import private key.
