if u know the username just tap on forget password and recover it from your registered email address  Smiley

hey Smiley

On Blockchain, the login is your wallet # and pass.
If you don't remember the pass, they have a "more help" button which leads to a 3 choice: lost ID reminder email, lost wallet password (which requires 12 random words which I haven't seen since 2013), and 2 factor authentication reset.

I've put in a request via their support section, it is taking a while and I'm kind of just hoping it ended up in the right place. They repeatedly say that they can do little to nothing to reset anything though without a password so I'm wondering what they could even do.

Sounds like you screwed up yes - however, have you emailed Blockchain.info support, from the account email login address?

Hey, I'm kinda new to this so bear with me.

I'm sure this comes up relatively frequently, but is there any way to access your wallet outside of the site you signed up for it on? I mean, I know there has to be, but I've gotten myself into a super situation.

Back in 2013 I started a wallet on Blockchain and then didn't touch it for a few years. I've moved since then and my computer hard drive had a pretty serious failure. I tried to get back into my account after digging through some emails, I think I tried to reset my password too quickly so now I have an account that I can't seem to get the password to, I "disabled two factor verification" because I wasn't really sure what I was doing there, and I have no idea what the verification words are.
TL;DR, I made a series of stupid account decisions.

I do have a wallet backup .json file and I know my wallet ID, but I think that's about all I do have.

Did I completely mess this up? Can I access my wallet again through a method that is not the original website?
