What have you tried? Does the HDD not boot up at all? Does it still spin? Is the HDD still inside the computer? What type of computer? Are you able to remove the HDD and put it in an external "toaster" to pull off the data? There are recovery services as well, so depending on what you have on there (ie...number of coins) then, it might be worth using that service to restore whatever data they can get.

The HDD boots up , but ACTUATOR Arm goes forth and back. i have tried to loosen it up a bit. and tried to take it back on the main position. I have checked with recovery services, but i am not sure if i can trust any of them. only way i can trust them is if i sit right beside them. I have some there.

You are way better to remove the hard drive and connect it via cable using a "donor/support" computer.  Its the only way to eliminate the possibility that your computer motherboard (or other hardware) is not the problem.  I have seen perfectly working drives appear dead because the computer hosting them is toast.  Try to minimize "jacking around" on the drive if you don't have too much experience.  You don't need to state the amount here but if its significant you can consider getting some professional help.  I wouldn't but I can do this stuff without even having to think about what to do.
