Install and launch Electrum.
Create a new wallet, select "Standard wallet", select "I already have a seed", enter your seed phrase, and then set a password for your wallet. Done.

Download Electrum wallet from the official website, validate its authenticity. After which, install it and you can restore your wallet when prompted during the initialization process. It's not hard and you could've just googled it...
Hi what steps do I need to take to re-instate an electrum wallet, I have the 12 word wallet generation seed which is what is needed apparently.
