The OP first needs to correct the spelling of light coin to litecoin because there is one alt named lightcoin. Because it may confuse others and it is not right. In this market, spelling is important as we have similar names of coins, and sometimes they only omit one letter or add one letter.

Anyway, he needs to re-phrase his statement as for me, I don't fully understand what he is trying to convey here.

To give a simple thoughts about it, no one is selling now because more holders chooses to wait until there's changes of it market movements. While btc hasn't yet reached the previous ATH, I think other coins also have been stagnant and couldn't move up high. I guess litecoin always depends with btc market pairs as well as eth, which got a huge market volumes on biggest trading sites where this coin was listed.

Well, that's not really true, the reason why the price of Litecoin decrease or dump is because it is reacting to the nature of the market, some people buys and some people sells, and when the market is not too good, more people will sell thus leading to more price drop and most times even when the market is good, the price might not still increase because most people have their attention somewhere else, and in some cases it do increase.
Therefore, in this case, for the price to rise, falls on the team, the reaction towards their project's development will determine the reaction of the community and investors into buying. This is just the case of Litecoin as well as with other coins.
So in other words, Litecoin is good but however the team need to work hard to give the users and investors something good to look forward to which in return will lead to price increase.

Personally I believe in Litecoin. It has a big community, and devs have a good portfolio.

Litecoin was well worth and well invested in market because it had something significant, lower fees and faster network. Although having these 2 utilities aren't that much important in 2021 anymore. There are far different and well though ideas around with other coins. I don't see recover of Litecoin anytime soon.

I think that you didn't understand about the purpose of litecoin. litecoin was already created to be an alternative chain for bitcoin but it can't evolve like another coin due to a lot of reasons.
I have been moving from litecoin since a few years ago and my decision was good coz there was no a lot of progress on litecoin.
Holding litecoin is a nonsense thing right now. There are a bunch of coins that are more scalable, give more usefulness and advantages, and many more.

I feel litecoin still has more potential to recover, and even it will have a chance to lift the price back.
But as we know, the altcoin needs to wait for bitcoin to start increases to increase altcoin.
If the bitcoin price does not increase so high, maybe the altcoin will not rise and have the next bull trend, which will happen with litecoin.

Of course, I actually bought litecoin at $230 at it's peak price. I still hold it, though theres a slight regret feeling but good thing there is always a good way to recover --- that is holding til the pump.

What it comes to LTC price recovery, it could take more time then people think. Only use case i can think for Litecoin is testing ground for BTC as their tech is so close of each other, and that's not really enough for justifying huge marketcap imho. Then again markets will not act rationally.

(Btw Why are you guys dragging NFT into this conversation? Non fungible tokens have nothing to do with the litecoin and comparison of any kind is just absurd. It's almost like you just wanted to threw in some trendy sounding acronym in the mix to make it sound that you know what you guys are talking about.)

Cryptocurrencies are volatile and it's not surprising to see them fluctuate that's why those people that have bought litecoin at a high price. They only have a few choice.

To hold and wait, sell at loss or to buy more at low price.

Lots of reasons but there will always be the main reason and that's litecoin lack of development progress especially something that can make this coin become useful for its holders.

What is this Litecoin all over the place? I've seen enough of it this day and I know you just want to make them invest or something because I think you are a bag holder of Litecoin too. But the question here is, when will be the price goes up again? It turns out that Litecoin is dropping too when Bitcoin drops. So I think the best way to make most of these altcoins to grow their prices is to make someone or convince them to pump the Bitcoin price but I have a doubt it would be as effective these days. You better wait for it to happen since we can't really move the market on our own.

They can get more profit with NFT this time but a few months later, they will lose all of profit they have now. In cryptocurency, it is easy to have profit with coins or tokens you buy if you are lucky and buy in uptrend.

Nevertheless, it is not most important because the biggest challenge is how to keep your money. It is hard to keep your capital safe but it is harder to keep your profit safe. When you have profit, you are more carelessly with your actions and you will make investment more emotionally.
