Your name does not even show up in the seclog. It should be visible there if the recovery process had started.
According to your last activity, Looks like you and I got our accounts hacked at around the same period.

Try doing the whole procedure over again and I suggest you follow the procedure I used for my account recovery here and see if it can help.
The advantage you have is the signed message which I didn't even have so be sure to include it in the message and use the original email of the account.

If there is any progress, you can share it here.

Sorry guys, I was out on (small) vacations.

My hacked account is:
USERNAME: Xylber
PROFILE: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/xylber-1136512
DATE OF HACK: 2018-July-14

I send a valid signed message using this post as proof:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.22091142
I'm still the owner of that BTC account.

Of course, I used other message when I sent the email to the "recoveries" address.

After you IP getting recorded, there is usually another email that gets sent to you informing you that your account has been queued for manual recovery through the old email address.

I never received that email. Is the "old email account" the one originally registered with that account? Remember that the hacker changed my address and password. My original email address is still valid, and I used that one to send the email for recovery.

The email I received says:

The problem is that OP isn't even sharing his user ID or profile link. We would have tried to check it up in seclog and see if the recovery process has been canceled.

There's maybe another reason for the delay. I think you have followed the current account recovery system carefully. If everything is right than bitcointalk account recovery team will make a solution for you mate.

To protect your account from hacking and recovering hacked/locked account you can read this thread.

Send a reply to the email it might of got lost in the massive amount of requests they're likely having. Although, if you still don't receive a reply its likely that they've found a issue with the evidence provided, and it's not sufficient enough to recover the account. I have no idea how long these requests take to handle so I would suggest waiting a few weeks before writing it off completely.

Followed the link, it recorded my IP and nothing happened.
Now the link don't even work ("invalid link").

Any idea? Should I start the process again?

The link on the email might be a temporary one which is been used to record your IP but can you clarify from which email did you got the mail?
If the mail was sent by the administrators than perhaps they might be verifying if you are the person who owned the account previously to keep the account in safe hands. If this is the case than you should wait rather than starting over. It takes months to recover a hacked/lost account so be patient and the administration will bring your solve your case.
Also recheck whether the mail was sent by the authorized person only!

I don't think there's any reason to start the process all over again,  and If other verification means are required, I think it would have been stated in the mail you got.

Afaik, after successful email procedures which you completed there's is a que which the account recovery will have to pass through, And it takes time too, The best thing you can do is just wait a little while longer, and to be honest the recoveries are moving at pace compared to what it was in the past.

I hope you do get possession of your account back soon.

Can you please share with us the account profile you are trying to recover?
And how long ago did you visit the link?

After you IP getting recorded, there is usually another email that gets sent to you informing you that your account has been queued for manual recovery through the old email address.

Edit:
The IP probably gets recorded so that they can use it to compare your IP address logs prior to and after the account was hacked so that they can try to see a pattern and determine if you are truly the owner of the account. If they find inconsistencies, then your recovery process gets canceled(you might need more evidence like a signed message using your staked BTC address). That's why we need to know the profile, so that we can check top see if it was canceled or queued.

Another alternative would be email the team to find out about the progress if you have waited for so long.
