If you do not hold the private key there is nothing you can do
I have the encrypted key also, in BIP 38 format

Can this be used to retrieve it ?

Yes if you have the passphrase

I googled a little bit and looks like CoinPocket is now Qcan[1]? I download the app and when creating my wallet, they asked me to save my "Qcan Key" (15 words) which it's a seed that gives you access to your coins if you lost access over your account. Did you save anything like this when the app was called CoinPocket?

Hi,

I'd be very grateful for any assistance.

I put BTC on coinpocket on an iPhone a few years ago. I don't have the phone, but have the coinpocket address.

Are these retrievable ? And how would I go about it?

Seems like coinpocket its self is no longer downloadable too.

Thanks
Colm.
