Why are you replying this kind of crap ?
Many funds on cards have been stuck on cards because Banks changed their terms by demanding ID proof which as example many people can't provide because they used an incorrect name. However they did nothing ilegal and by banking law a bank has no right to hold funds if they have no proof that they did something ilegal.
I had myself issues in the past using cards which has been without information terminated by the bank but which still accepted funds to my card and denied to payout the money since the card was not activ.

How are you going to circumvent (for example FATCA or OECD) KYC procedures from being enforced? Especially as Poland is in the EU, there's a bunch of EU regulations on banking too that they'll need to comply with. Is it specifically in the Polish banking law? As they should be up to the EU minimum already and this sounds "weird" if you look at EU legislation Smiley

LOL, this really doesn't smell to legit. Working with officials to recover seized funds on Polish Cards? Are we talking credit cards or what kind of cards? These cards where probably frozen because of illegal activity and now some sort of officials will intervene with banks and credit card companies?
Holy cow this is a new modus operandi of scam I would say  Grin Grin Grin  Please prove me wrong, though.

I had to deal with it that they broke their terms and that if they terminated my card which they had the right to according to the terms of their card (BZWBK) they had no right to accept any funds anymore to that card since by law and their terms the bank account (IBAN) to that account gets terminated at the same time when the card gets closed. In reality banks let the Bank account still activ for 30 days as this is normal practise so they can charge normal customers fora whole additional month when he is closing his account.

Like i wrote before everyone has his own story and own bank where you need to adjust the solution based on his card terms ,-details,location and bank.
Some banks work this way that the card holder is instantly the owner of the funds and that without a card which you can show you can only withdraw very hard the funds.

Myself i sent them a mail demanding my funds or else i would go to court for recompensation for the bank breaking the polish banking law and their own terms which were a legit contract between myself and the bank.

You need to understand in poland banks are notouriously breaking banking laws since people comply with it and its the banks benefit which goes into billions per year.An example is the spread on credits. There was a decission that these spreads were ilegal since they were taken from nowhere and that people have the right to demand recompensation for it.If you write a normal letter to the bank it will reply you that you are wrong and some stupid staff which in generaly means fuck off. However if they see that you are well aware of the banking law and that you would also take action since a won case in court means additional money to you they will refund your money.

Also please be aware there is no other service which offers such a service so people already lost that money since they can't get that money back.
So what do they have to lose?If they will wait longer in some time their claim will expire by law.

Buy The F*cking Dip
Am offering a recovery service for funds which are stuck on polish cards.
Since each case is diffrent please send me a PM with details so we can find the best solution for you.
I'm coworking with a local polish chamber who knows banking law very well and who knows how to get your legal money back from the banks.

I'm not asking for any kind of prepayment/escrow for the first 10 customers to gain trust and to proof that my service is legit.

You have a quite interesting service that you're offering here. Many people will surely take a look into your service but you need to provide some proof that you are the real deal (can provide the service that you are advertising). I know that you said from your post before that you have 2 customers that will write a review soon but a proof of work from your account would suffice for now.
