You can use the seed all the time.
The seed can basically be used to derive your master private key which can be used to derive every address that has been generated with the wallet, provided that the wallet used seed to generate the keys (ie. not imported). The seed can generate the same addresses every single time, regardless of number of uses.

I wonder if I can recover my account with the seed more und than once.
I want to test the recovery with the seed and delete it afterwards (delete Electrum, not the seed).
Will the seed be fully functional after the test recovery or do I have to make a new seed?
