Hello, I am the Project Coordinator, and one of the lead design architects for a large scale project that is currently going through the planning and market research phase of development. The project is in need of some additional consulting help, and I have decided to reach out to the community to see what turns up.

**Let me be clear, we are not coding right now. There is a significant amount of research being conducted to define business market segments and their needs. As this is being done, consulting assistance will be required to discuss feasibility and design considerations**
