If he ever gets a budget I can look at the whitepaper and advise. I will be able to offer a lot of help with the structure of the whitepaper and the ICO itself, along with offering some legal advice.
One of my friend is going to start an ICO based on real business. His site and whitepaper is getting ready. But he needs to recruit some team members to make his ICO a success.
