there is a little chance for employers to notice you if you didn't give enough details about yourself, your experiences, skills and so on. i suggest you be more creative and proactive as the chance for an employer to act first is small.
Right mate specially for newbie like him and has only this Post applying as manager I don’t think there will be a chance unless he will have a proof of having some qualifications so some might consider him for trial management For OP,have more activities here in forum,establish your name and profile so in time you’ll have your first project as well
