But he's asking for a solution HE initiates... so he does know. He donates to several organizations monthly and would like to automate his process. It'd be easy to go back and look at what was paid in your wallet.

Yes, they are but they are more 'known' to me. But in 'Bitcoin world' most of them are anonymous and most of the persons known are far away from me. So it's hard for me to file a dispute.

I won't definitely do both of the above but might give to my trusted friend or family member to give but not all time.

A trusted family member is a trusted third party. You can do the same with your bitcoins. Send them to a trusted third party and request that they send the monthly bitcoins on your behalf.

If you had a stack of cash sitting in your back pocket in your wallet, how would you set up a recurring monthly payment with that cash?

Would you authorize the payee to come into your house while you were sleeping and take the money out of your wallet on your nightstand? Or would you deposit the cash with a third party (such as a bank) and then authorize that third party to send the cash monthly on your behalf?

You can technically configure a script which sends a RPC command at every specific timeframe. This however, requires you to have a computer that will be online all the time and if the address changes everytime, you will lose your Bitcoins since they would be unable to credit you.

Is there a wallet which can do recurring montly payments to certain adresses?
I have a few projects/organistations I donate to once in a while but the list is growing and I would like to automate it.

I could not find the option in multibit and as far as I know it is also not possible in bitcoin core.
