If stake.com want to freeze account/ban the site should "Not allowed user to login" instead of "Not allowed withdrawal". Because when user/player did not know if they account was ban and make some deposit they just getting scam by stake.com.
So you didn't say what stunna said was wrong, it's mean you have admitted you have broke their rules by abusing many giveaway or promo with your alt accounts. Shame on you dude.

What an irony on here, you are the one who scammed Stake by enrolled your alt accounts to cheat their promo, but now you are saying they are the one who scammed you.

Before we don't see any evidence of him having alt accounts we or better you should not judge that fast.
Evidence is easy to provide if there is some, so let's see it.

Having same name account on different sites indeed isn't a problem. But as stunna said, you have dozen alt accounts, that's why you aren't allowed to withdraw your money as you have broke rules. Just admit it, there is no need to deny about the fact you were cheating on Stake & primedice.

The true is

it's hard to believe something which are just words...

look I'm the only person who bring some evidences (proof screenshot) here and Advisor Stake.com just come here and say the opposite (have dozen alt accounts), you just believe what advisor say?

Your evidences is not enough to prove that you are not breaking the rules by having multi accounts. In this case, you are suspected to have dozen alt accounts and you have the right to ask them which accounts they are referring to. They must have valid evidences to connect those dozen accounts to yours. Stake may not reveal it publicly but they may give it the details privately to you if you ask about it. It is what you can do now, ask them about the connected accounts + proofs on how those accounts are connected and if you are sure that you do not own them then you can give your counter evidences/reasons.
I do not think Stake will go that far. The gambling industry has so many excuses in their terms and conditions that it's very hard for a user to prove them wrong. istimewa99 has a valid point that he at least has some proof but Stake.com was not able to give us any clue except wanting us to believe them. Maybe Stunna would like to give us some information that should be enough just not to believe them but to have a satisfactory reason that they are correct.

I'm not say that I admitted broke the rulers since have same account at two plafond is not multi account and abusing giveaway or promo that is't my gambling styel and definitely never do that.

Did you see my screenshot proof up there (at the first post some people keep asking me about that). So I guess you believe that have same account at two platfond is same thing with multi account.

User was multi-accounting. Is multi-accounting a big enough issue to freeze an account generally? No. But when multi-accounting is being used to abuse a giveaway/promo/limits we will take action. This wasn't even two or three accounts but dozens of accounts being used to abuse promos.

What kind of bot did you using? Is that allowed to use any bot on stake? Did you use VPN? most of case using VPN caused same IP address to others

He did mention it clearly that he uses dinabot. It is 3rd party service that offers exchange inside the casino and transfer balance. It is allowed since it has been there since long time ago. I used the same bot few times in the past (for exchange purpose). VPN? As long he uses paid VPN, it wont be a problem. I did even use free VPN (opera browser) in the past when I was active playing at Stake and I got not issues at all till now. I believe Stake's wont use IP address only to say someone uses multi account but there must be more valid evidences to accuse players uses multi accounts.

He said that he used dinabot service.

I use dinabot service (the sistem work by tipping as far as I know) for cheap fee.

I've never heard of it but it seems that there's a history that there really were users using it. I haven't gambled in stake nor in PD for a long time so I'm not that familiar with the bot service he used.

Maybe it has something to do with the bot.

Provide proof and if you can please provide the amount that Stake isn't allowing to withdraw. Because, every week what they spend on different events and bonuses were higher than any other gambling site. This way for sure they won't get into such kind of issues to ruin their own reputation.

I don't see any screenshot of conversations and I don't see any amount either, and we are talking about Stake.com who is considered to be one of the top gambling sites in the industry, I don't see any seriousness of the accusations, Stake.com will deal with this if OP have something to prove, but right now he doesn't have any.

Can you provide any screenshots of your conversations with them? I don't see them blindly saying you're a multi accounter over having a PD account and a stake account. If that was the case, we'd all be screwed. On top of that, PD/Stake are 1 of the most trusted casinos in the crypto space.

^ Above is right, probably you have cheated that something you don't know that is a cheat because you are not reading the TOS, iI am right?
If you can compile all those documents that you have to need as valid proof, just do it and will probably you will convince them and consider that they are in the red flag. But if not, all of these are did not make sense. This is our weakness on each gambling site, we should not forget our login details to them if we are regular gamblers. Nevertheless, all I know they are repeated gambling site and it will never probably let them ruin their reputation.

I can walk away from situation my account get ban and never look back but not my money especially when they resist to give my money back, I think a Red Flags for this situation if I can't get it back.
If you move the topic to scam accusations board then you will get more attention. You will also need clear unaltered evidences to back up your claim as it's hard to believe something which are just words, no offence.

Rest assure, I think if there are no cheating from you then it will be just a misunderstanding and with proper addressing you can relove it.

The story began when I have some fund in primedice and I want to play dice on stake.com (because on last time I play my account is fine) instead of using withdraw menu I use dinabot service (the sistem work by tipping as far as I know) for cheap fee. After play little bit, I decide to withdraw my fund but I see some weird notification "You not allowed to do that" so I came to customer service and I tell everything about this situation. After that customer service telling me that "I'm try to claiming promotions across multiple accounts" and I think what the heck, is that kind of multiple accounts using same username and same data on two different platfond is multiple account ?

After try to explain everything on email and customers service I end up in same result, my account was ban and they resist to give my money back.
