- You said it doesn't require registration, why did you ask users to send their email? You can give them a special code.
- You said there are no fees and therefore the exchange rate must be different, otherwise the management of the activity will be at a loss, so how will the exchange rate be?
- Will it display the available volumes, or will the trading be decentralized?
- What limits do you impose for KYC?

Is this because that you're still in a test phase? It's better if you can show publicly what's inside the exchange like the volume and the listed cryptocurrencies on your exchange. I'd like to apply for an invite but I want to see more details before proceeding or probably would wait for someone to review it first.
