This thread was after all created on 9th September 2021, that was around 12 days before his known alt-accounts were pointed out by lovesmayfamilis:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.55249248

Maybe he was redeemed and enlightened so much so that he forgot to mention his alt-accounts here when creating this thread and it remains unlocked while his other thread remains locked:

I like your forthrightness in publicly accepting that you came in here to gain financial reward besides the crypto knowledge. A lot of users deny that as if anyone gets tagged for saying their motivations.
They wouldn't get tagged for admitting that, but it'd be a hit to their reputation--whether deserved or not, because it's generally accepted here that most people who only post on bitcointalk for money don't put in much effort.  There are exceptions to that, of course, but they're just that--exceptions, not the rule.  I'd say OP is probably one of those exceptions, because he's worked his way up to Full Member during the merit system era, and he hasn't even made a ton of posts (relatively speaking, of course).

Congrats to you, OP.  I don't care for these self-congratulatory threads in general, because they strike me as merit-fishing attempts (which is why I'm not meriting your post, btw), but you deserve an addaboy.

Here to say congratulations to you mate, on your ranking up to the full member level, he who have passed this same road knows how stormy, rough, and up and down hill the path is, it's not an easy one and this is why anyone who ranks up should celebrate it for many are called but few are chosen due to their hard work, dedication, determination and persevering spirit, congrats ones more for being one of those chosen this day.
But endeavor not to forget that your journey is just beginning, for whom much is given, much is equally expected, don't relax, or feel at home just yet, for your journey just began and it also got tougher too, so zeal up my friend and do not relent until you get to the destination where LEGENDS are made.... Until then, good luck friend.

I would love to see posts like this. Every time I see the success of forum users, I can inspire myself. I have a small question now. Since my knowledge of Bitcoin is not deep enough, besides the beginners section, which section should I browse and express my opinion most? I hope you can tell me what you are doing at this stage of my life.

As you rank up becoming seniors, remember your responsibilities to the community grows parallelly. I hope you will continue whatever good works you are doing in the community.

I agree! The greater the power, the greater the responsibility especially if you build your reputation in the forum!

Congratulations for reaching "Full Member" rank where most users have trouble reaching. People who share their experiences and achievements of ranking-up are definitely a sigh to see. When the merit system was introduced, most newbies complained but only a few continued and ground their way to the top. Continue the momentum and continue to excel on your posting abilities.

With merits comes ranks and high level. Merit system is there to block spamming and encourage quality posts. Its responsibility of senior, hero and legendary members to post quality contents. As they are the one followed by new comers. So far senior members have done great job in running this forum by providing guidance and support to many new comers.

It's been a while since I saw a user rank up from the lower ranks or non that I recall lately and for that, I congratulate you on archiving this milestone in your journey. Its not always an easy one and a lot of persons fail a lot after discovering how tasking bitcointalk could be and the level of sarcasm in the forum.

Orientation definitely plays a huge role on how an individual would progress in this forum and many who aren't ready to be reorientation or fails to reorientation themselves often fall behind. It's the way it is and there are no short cuts to it. You must be ready to learn and teach as well to be a good forum user. Thinking about money or how to earn is just how to bring out the worst of you whoch would always end you in the trash. Not you for sure @OP, don't know you too well but, you ain't doing any badly either.

Soil your hands and do the work, it's easier that way. Be you!

I read his self congratulations message and it was clear this isn't his first attempt on the forum, probably he has been ban/red trusted before and I just hope if that's the case, he must have learnt from his previous mistakes and improved on himself. No body will disturb you if you can stay anonymous and continue contribution positively to the forum not minding your previous offends provided they weren't scam related.

We all make mistakes and some get punished before they realized their mistake while others get lucky and corrected. As you increase in rank Buddy, I want you to also increase in knowledge as well. I see many members relax immediately they rank up and that's not how it's supposed to be. With this users it's clear there only intentions was to increase in rank so they can get more reward from signature participations.

While the forum isn't against signature, that's not the main reason for this forum creation, learn and improve on yourself, congratulations once again and hope to see you around to celebrate more achievement.

I would like to congratulate you mate, another member deserved to be rank up, of course, the higher the rank the higher responsibilities, we are hoping for your more contribution to this forum, to the other members think that they are hopeless use those ranked up members as your motivation to grind, help, and contribute so you can reach the designated rank you want, it took a long journey to go in senior rank but there's nothing impossible to an active member. Good luck!.

My Bitcointalk adventure and early days were purposely for the packs and incentives, I wouldn't lie or deny, that was the picture that was presented to me, how you come here, do some minute writing and receive some penny but when the expectations get low, we tend to find a smart dumb method to defeat the system, and before we realize it, it always ends in ''don't know it was like that.''
Our methods of orientation are quite different, which is why we make mistakes from time to time but does this matter when there are a set of rules and laws that control a system? There should be no justification for failing and failing to do things the right way.

I was redeemed, I went back and corrected the mistakes and learnt new things, which gained me another level, my joy is overflowing, and I will be forever grateful to everyone who helped me grow.
My experience and inexhaustible knowledge gained have improved both within and outside the forum; certainly, the wise one is always given a second chance.
Everyone deserves a fair second chance.

You deserve it man! Congratulations on becoming a Full Member! I know that the journey wasn’t easy, but it’s all going to be worth it in the long run as long you know how to give value to the community and not having a mindset about expecting to earn merits. For me, they’re just bonus but highly appreciated. You’re gonna inspire a lot of members here about your journey, and keep doing that until you reach the next step which is the Sr. Member.

Good job man and once again congratulations!

Thank you for the personal experience you shared and congratulations on your achievement.
Each of us was a newbie member at one point, a beginner without enough experience and knowledge.
Likewise, most of us initially wrote lower quality posts and didn’t contribute much to the forum.
Unlike some other newbie members, you learned a lot from your beginner mistakes, changed your approach, learned, developed as a member and began to contribute more and more to the forum community and this led you to this position when you are recognized as a valuable and quality member of this community.
Just keep going like that  Cheesy

Well done and congratulations. Learning from the mistakes of others is far less inexpensive and mentally exhausting than from one's own mistake. I like that there are strict rules governing this forum and there are disciplined and eagle-eye custodians who ensure that members abide by them. There's no gainsaying that in this forum positively contributing to the growth of the community trumps the financial incentive.

^^^^ That! There's nothing wrong with admitting that you're here for the money. The community is unique in that regard, and that gives it a special appeal. But just as in criminal law, the general rule is that motives are irrelevant; only intentions matter. What matters even more is what you do with that intent.
Quote from: Legal Bites
A person may have a noble motive in doing an act but if he intentionally causes wrongful loss, his crime is complete and motive is irrelevant.

A lot of users deny that as if anyone gets tagged for saying their motivations. I like reading stories of how people overcame their struggles. It's kind of testimonial. I encourage you to soar higher than you already are doing. See your new rank as a promotion by the community and know that promotion comes with a higher expectation.

An event worth celebrating. Ranking up is possible and it is proven many times. It is not about earning merit but all about doing the right things which will bring good results later on. When the merit system implemented I thought I couldn't do it but here it is. It is not just me who can do it but everyone can do it too as long as you put an effort in doing so. I agree with Royse that as your level rises, so does your obligation to the forum; Newbies and junior members will now look up to you, just as you do to those in higher ranks.

The forum is not against people coming here to earn money; if you go to the service and collectibles sub-board, you'll see random members who don't care about discussions and just come here to sell their wares and leave. The forum can be anything you want it to be: a marketplace, a learning environment, or a library etc...
