As miners should be familiar with Raspberry Pi since it had been largely used in the mining box as its control panel, how about to use it as the single stratum proxy, or even, the solo mining pool server for your huge mining farm?

We have crafted this (pool server and/or stratum proxy) into one image file suitable for a 48M+ sd/tf card to light up your rPi, no matter it is a A, B, A+, or B+.  Of course for A/A+ you would need an external USB-2-Ethernet device, currently we support r8152, smsc95xx/75xx, and asix 88172/88179.  Don't worry about the difference between model A or B of rPi, the software built in is so efficient that we are looking for partners who can reduce the rPi to a 128M one as well as eliminate all unused peripheral interfaces to cut the cost.

After burning this image and power on your rPi, all you have to do is just to sign into https://37pool.com and register your rPi with the SoC serial (cat /proc/cpuinfo to get it) and fill in your bitcoin address (solo pool mode) or pool choice (stratum proxy mode), then point your miners to the port 3333 or 3737 of your rPi's IP (which you can see in the web).  No need of any knowledge about, or an operation on the rPi itself.  Unfortunately the site is in Chinese only but it's quite understandable in Google translation^_^, if there are more requests from out of China, we'll release an English edition ASAP.

Anyone interested, please contact [email protected] for the sd/tf card image file.

P.S. 37pool.com is a China pool service provider, as far as we know, 37pool is the first pool in the world which brings the solo mining for everyone who owning large mining farm but don't want to run his/her own pool server, by our VPM service since Jun 2014.  And 37pool also pushed patches to cgminer/bfgminer github repository to ensure the security of users' hashing power for such solo mining.
