It just amazes me how stupid and flawed you have to be to copy all the posts from another forum and pass them off as your own interests.
OP, you are a very stupid person, this is not the first time your account will be banned, and I want to believe that you will never appear here on the forum again.

Pretty impressive from you. By the way, this topic is still quite interesting, I mean the idea behind it.
I rarely use search option on this forum, just tried a little bit long text and when I clicked on search button, it was loading for ages. On short text, it works, just works, not well.

I don't think it will improve in near future but the solution provided by OP is really terrible and disastrous. This forum is a 8th wonder of the world and no, I'm not joking, this forum once made a financial revolution and I think we should never delete the information that was posted by Satoshi and other developers, that would be a crime.

This forum has Google Search option too that works well but to be honest I think that if you visit Google and type Bitcointalk and then the text that you want to search, you'll find what you are looking for more easily. At least most of my questions were easily answered that way. This forum has so much data, sometimes it's hard to filter it, especially when its search engine is not well-optimized. It needs optimization and improvement, not deletion of golden data.

I have no problem with Bitcointalk website loading on my end
Me neither. But it got me thinking: for years, I've been scraping the forum, and that link is by no means my only scraper. Let's assume I've downloaded one page every 4 seconds, for the past 4 years. That would be 31 million page loads. Give or take a few. I also know I'm not the only one doing this.
As far as I know, Bitcointalk has no problems with this as long as I stay under the 1 page/second limit.

 Greetings,
The idea is approximately ot reduce of BitcoinTalk account load in term of space and speed ⏩  on the server and also by implementing the idea will help to save space, money and increase the website load time.
ldeawhile searching for some topic we found many post related to "Banned/Block" user who are no longer part of this forum, and deleting the banned user data/record will save a lot of space and also reduce the record per search term. This will also there will be fewer record in the Database and the query will be expected fast.
Note÷ you can create a backup of files in case ones may need it in the future.

I do not think that the problem of loading the forum page is a big problem. Personally, the page loads quickly enough for me, and I think it is the same for most members. Also, the search is not slow and I find it acceptable.

Anyway, thank you for your suggestion, but in my opinion there are other things that are more important than the page loading speed. We need to add many features and tools that make using the forum easier, such as mentions, notifications, etc. I think they will all be available in the new version, so we just have to wait.

BTC, a coin of today and tomorrow.
Bitcointalk search speed is mainly depends on using the right keywords and it loads faster when you choose the particular board. Banned users posts still has value and removing them will create chaos in the database if I am not wrong and for faster search we have Google which is recommended when we use the more common keywords.

Bitcointalk is not among those websites that loads slower. I don't know from your end, but from my own end, it's pretty fair and I guess it should be same at your own end because we are fetching from the same point.

Talking about deleting or mutilating the data of banned users, I don't think it's wise. This forum is one of the oldest cryptocurrency forums, so it is also an archive to some people who will come here for research.
How will you feel if Satoshi data was deleted before you discovered this forum?

OP you don't need to worry yourself because every information or data on this forum contribute nothing for you to experience a congestion or network glitch while making a search through the forum, if you're used to ow the page loads, you will discover that it does not require alot of data connectivity before loading, unlike other platforms that were heavy enough to easily load as this forum is, maybe you can check your own devise storage, delete some junks and free some space if you experience slow while loading.

But i can tell you that those things mentioned by you aren't the cause and every user or post here were archived even though you deleted some from your end, if also does not affect you from enjoying the forum, you can easily search or navigate through boards and threads of your choice.

First of all, I do't think it's issue. Bitcointalk loads fast as it supposed to be and I haven't seen complaints about it. Second, I don't see reasons to delete data of banned users. I agree with post above that most of these posts should stay. Don't foget that banned users isn't always just plagiators or spammers. Often they have something contributed something valuable over their time here. So, these things should stay for history.
And finally, I'm not even sure about your suggestions and how much actually it would help to improve speed of forum.

I have no problem with Bitcointalk website loading on my end, Bitcointalk is the only site that is loading fine when all the other sites are not when I have issues with my connection, Bitcointalk is using Cloudflare

Name Servers:amy.ns.cloudflare.com
brad.ns.cloudflare.com

And Cloudflare is widely known as secure, private, fast, and reliable.
I don't know the plan Bitcointalk is using but I'm sure they are using its Premium plan to avoid lagging and enhance security.

I find your lack of faith in Bitcoin disturbing.
Satoshi's account is technically blocked/banned (and some of stickied topics were written by banned users). Are you really sure you want to delete these kinds of accounts ?

It is better to check your internet speed or what pages are running slow? The forum is running on an old version of Khaled, and it is assumed that it does not require a large amount of data to run, and therefore a good response even if the internet speed is low.

Only ANN topics (that have with many pictures,) or ;all that need some time.

As for the data, the forum contains text discussions, which are easy to store because they do not require much space.

It will help lessen the stress from the database correct, but removing those posts are not the proper workaround.
The thing is that, a post should not be deleted regardless if the poster was banned or not, unless it is irrelevant and goes against the forum rules.

Also, I believe the stress that the server/database is currently receiving is not enough for it to process the data slower upon logged in. It's all perfectly fine. Go check your internet speed.

Maybe your Internet connection or device has a problem. The forum loads at a pretty much reasonable speed. Way faster than so many websites.

Deleting banned user data is not good. Some members were good contributors in the past. Why would you want to trash those contributions. This is like getting rid of part of the forum's history.

Deleting the posts would also lead to a lot of unreadable threads in case someone is trying to follow up on the replies. Imagine a thread has 50 replies and 15 of them have been deleted because they were from banned users. Imagine how had it can be to read through that thread.

Larger database record doesn't always mean to slower query or fetching records. Many aspects that it can affect like the kind of select query, index usage, its engines, etc.
Using a strong server/resources and proper query, it will not matter even a bit.

Some things I'd say to this:
* I think that some (many!) of those posts are supposed to stay. Else the user would be nuked (and then his posts are indeed deleted) instead of banned.
* By your logic, if somebody is banned by mistake and gets reinstated, a revert or some sort of merge would be needed. Unpleasant.
* I'm far from certain that removing those posts would bring so much of a speed increase: I expect users table and posts table be separated.
* Sooner or later we should migrate to new forum software, so drastic changes are expected to not happen here. But sadly this takes much longer than most have expected.
