Well I guess we need an update !

Still no news from Reeldice "staff" and it's been more than a month. Guess i'll never see my money ever again.

Anyway, rinobits have surely seen my previous post, as I can see that the values have changed on the dice roll on reeldice (but hey, still not answered for my problem).... and it's even worse lmao. Before, taking small risks would grant you more payout than taking high risks, this was for sure, not a good way for them to gain money. Now ? Doesn't matter what value you play, betting over 52,53,54,55,56...60,65 will give you the exact same payout on win. Try it yourself, you'll see the payout won't change for every value. And it's a lower payout than any other dice site out there for the same values played.

Congratulations, you moved from "Most likely a scam" to "Total broken Scam, and proud of it".

Hope you'll give us some lies to explain all of that. (I can smell the bs drama coming like "I was on holiday, couldn't work on the site/nor answer bla bla bla...")

Well, i've created an account here just to confirm the accusation because i'm tired of all those lies : Reeldice is indeed a scam.

I've waited something like 2 weeks for the support to answer my ticket, the only thing the guy was after is knowing where my deposit is, and when will I make another, he did not solve anything. There's no team, only one guy, rhinobits, don't get confused by all his lies.

So 1 more week later, finally, an answer from the "support". The guy send me 5 dollars in btc (The withdrawal i've made was one of 10 dollars, not 5, that was your old limit at this time). So i've decided to use those dollars to make a deposit and withdraw the 0.32 btc left on my account.

There, surprise ! Jsut before doing so, I log onto my account to find a balance of 0.000000000. So i've wrote another mail to the support to know where's my remaining balance. 1h later, my account is gone, can't access it anymore.
10 support messages later, no answers, we're here, still waiting.

I can provide all the emails we exchanged and also my reeldice account informations.

Rhinobits, don't play the victim like "We have technical problems, you guys are harassing us with support messages and accusations" you deserve it.

There's a clear manipulation in your algorithm, and you know it well. Roll over 51000 returns almost 2 times more satoshis on win than roll over 52000 with the same bet. And it's not the only values with this problem. Don't try to turn the situation against me claiming i've cheated or any other random bs, I did not use this to win and already told you about the issue by mail.


Tell me why I gain less when I take more risks ? Don't tell me you did not see it, it's literally the first thing you see when trying to play, you've put that here on purpose so people feel like they're winning a lot, and locked the chat for non-deposit users so they don't see all the complaints and lies.

Also, you have currently around 800K total bets on the site. My original account have made more than 350K of those. Won't be hard to find me if you want to clarify the situation. But I don't have a lot of hopes as you did not answer my last 10 mails in 2 weeks. (Don't tell me i'm spamming, i've sent roughly 1 mail every 2 days).

Aronbarku, your first and only post here on Bitcointalk and it's to accuse a site of being a scam for allegedly not paying you what you allegedly won. We have no record of you writing to us unless you are that one player whose first email threatened to do just this. And in that case, no, we will not be blackmailed with threats of accusing us as scammers on any forum.

Did we have problems? Of course we did. Problems I might add, the good folks here warned us about when we first approached this forum with the opening of our site. Problems which we took some time to analyze and take care of before we paid out the bonus amounts that were properly won in the spirit of our offer. Will we pay players that make every attempt to skirt any of our offers, bonuses, or promotions? No. We had several players that while looking at their activity, you could just feel the intent to defraud the system. Those very players accused us of being a scam on the outset. Were generally impolite and used the word "scam" loosely. Yes, they were immediately banned.

In the case of our dear poster Aronbarku (assuming he is who we think he is), instead of doing what any honest and decent player who would have nothing to fear would do, which is to write an email and ask about their withdrawal, he decided that opening a second account and starting a post about us being a scam was the way to go. And uhm, no.

We were able to somewhat identify around 20 players who we believe came from this forum, played honestly and won the bonus. Those players were paid on the first of July. Below is a list of the bitcoin transaction numbers which were paid out to that we believe came from this forum.

If by any chance you are one of the players that came from this forum and are not on this list, it doesn't mean you were not paid, it simply means we did not detect you as coming from this forum.

As for Aronbarku, it may be a little late now, but for future reference, there is a link in the very top menu of most sites that provide a way to contact support. We offer a ticket system which is really easy to use and we also monitor it. It would be great if you were to use it, and yes, even copy and paste our replies in the conversation so that we can air this out and reply responsibly. Though I doubt that you ever even considered writing to us concerning your fears or you would have already pasted any proof you had here.

Did we drop the ball? Of course we did. We took a step back and fixed the issues we thought contributed to the problems we faced. Why were we quiet? That may be the biggest ball we dropped, simply put, we didn't think anything we would say would be worth anything until the issues were taken care of and everybody had been paid. To those who genuinely were distressed during the crisis time, we apologize. We certainly did not mean to disappoint and we hope getting paid is at least a step in the right direction.

Op, make a scam accusation thread here, writing not only your story but providing some proofs like screenshots and links. Then the casino will probably want to respond and try to explain what happened or solve the problem. Unfortunately, though, I wouldn't keep my hopes up. The casino is very new, and already red-tagged for bugs. I can see that they already explained that it's a technical issue, but I still think that if you want to go through this properly, you should move this thread to the relevant board or make a new one there. And next time, regardless of how this case ends, just don't deposit money to poorly-known websites. Choose the top ones with a great reputation, and there'll be a much smaller chance of this repeating.

At first you need to move this thread on Scam Accusation board with proper format. You will find it on pin post on that board. On the other hand you should describe more briefly with more proof. Although we are sorry for your loss but we can't take any action like tag without valid proof. You might create flags aginst them if they broke written contract with you.

Yes, you're right don't play to a unknown casino without any reviews. Because it's important to know if a sites is legit or not. Better to review first before to deposit any amount to prevent any problem.

When you are  banned right before  you can even do a print screen, you have nothing to show for an evidence.

Just post your complain in their thread so everyone  can see there is a scam accusation to them  and weren't resolve. Make it noticeable with a colored text like RED. Everyone should be able to read it as it will serve as a warning to players that will be  searching about them. I haven't heard of them until  you posted this thread.

First of all, scams are not moderated. So the thread won't be deleted no matter how many people they scam.
Secondly, why would you play on a new unknown casino without any reviews? Even their announcement thread looks all shit. Should have tried some other well known casino.
Thirdly, this isn't the right board to post about scams. Create a proper thread at scam accusation board with proof. The user will get negged soon.
They probably blocked/banned his old account. He is able to login with a different account but not with the one he used before.

Maybe he launched this website so he could make those 0.04 without having to put any efforts. If he can't sign a message showing he holds atleast 0.30-0.50 BTC, the service should be flagged.

Probably one of those scamming bugs, where player win something and bug eats their funds.

You can't start and promote gambling site without testing it first and then when someone wins money say "it was a bug". First, they pay not the withdraw. have made a transaction 2 days before and get not payment since today. It`s only their max withdraw from the shower, nothing high amount.

Second, in the last days other players wrote, that their account was gone with their balance.

They will not pay your win. If you win to much, your account will delete.
