If I understand you correctly you can just copy them from their respective signature threads, but you won't be able to use them in your signature as a newb.
Is there a list or a table with all these fonts?

They are from extended ASCII, this is why you won't find them on the ACII table.
If you include all of Unicode, you can get cool symbols like 🐺 (wolf!), but they may not be supported by all fonts or browsers.
