No! No! No! Referendums are so undemocratic!

So in case the Greeks vote to reject the austerity programs, will the NATO create some paramilitary units (just like they did in Ukraine) and then try to invade Greece? Oligarchs such as Antonis Samaras, Vardis Vardinoyannis, Michalis Sallas, Spiros Latsis, George Bobolas, and Socrates Kokkalis could lead this revolution, to topple the democratically elected SYRIZA government.

Greece itself is a member of NATO, therefore, before starting humanitarian bombing and shelling of Greece, we should expect the Alliance denounce Greek membership on whatever pretext. As I said about a year ago, a new war is overdue in Europe. Ukraine doesn't fit very well into this nefarious scheme since once the war goes balls to the wall at full throttle, it will most certainly end at the Atlantic coast of France...

You mean something like the Greek military junta of 1967–74, also known as the Regime of the Black Colonels, under which corruption burst into blossom, with the regime's political opponents having been imprisoned (or exiled) and torture becoming a deliberate practice?

whatever the result greece has no hope with these social democrat cowards in power

god willing the syriza government falls and a real revolutionary force takes its place by ballot box or other means, these are the perfect conditions

Tsipras has announced a referendum to be held on July, 5 (next Sunday) in a speech to the nation after the negotiations with creditors closed without any decisive solution. Tsipras says that creditors posed an ultimatum to the Greek government, that their proposals contradict the EU rules, and that they aim to humiliate the people of Greece...
