The account is closed after doing 2-3 refunds on one amazon account.After multiple refunds,your shipping and billing addresses are blacklisted as well.But you can always make new amazon accounts,add amazon gift cards,purchase new items and ship them to new addresses or drophouses.I can do amazon refunds for 15% of your purchases.

Won't they try to solve it with postal system?They will set up a sting if it keeps happening, we had one locally. Gift cards and Ipads kept coming up missing, guess what they keep the serial numbers of the Ipads and use the tacking on them. Once the UPS driver got home and fired it up, they arrested him the next morning for stealling 3k worth of gift cards and 5 Ipads.
So will they catch on yes, will the prosecute yes.
