Regulations are irrelevant. Bitcoin is Bitcoin. If governments want to make their own little pathetic attempts to ban Bitcoin, that's their right (except it's really not), but as long as it's legal somewhere, everyone can continue using it without issue.

They do not matter. Regulations have had no success to stop Piratebay and the thousand other filesharing programs/websites.
That's the beauty of p2p.
