ICO would be in reference to new startup tokens and similar schemes. This is an alternative to bitcoin system of cryptocurrency so its most relevant to ask in Bitcoin Forum > Alternate cryptocurrencies > Altcoin Discussion section:

I am interested to know I dont know if its the right forum,
Tell me who know for example if a company planing ICO is the ICO need to be subjected to something? I mean is there need to be specific filled that ICO need to be created on?
or its can be done on everything?
For example I want to build a startup for X and I need to get the starting capital money so if I open an firm and would like to people to invest in my project can it be done like ICO?
