Why don't more of the existing online casinos use bitcoin as a payment method?  Setting up as a payment processor would be super easy (especially compared to being a credit card processor for gambling sites in the US) and there is no chance of charge backs from second thought gamblers or stolen credit card users.   That should be a site operator dream come true.  They know the money is theirs to keep within a few hours.

I personally think they don't want to use bitcoins because it would make it easier for the player to withdraw winnings without having to jump through hoops.   I could see them still making you verify your identity for withdraw (taxes I guess) but they wouldn't have any reason to place arbitrary wait times on the withdraw method you choose.   Right now it's like:  Request withdraw, wait 48 hours for withdraw to get approved or denied, wait a week for them to send the payout request to processor, wait 5 days for processor to process and finally get your cash.
