regulation won't change anything , bitcoin gambling sites will remain struggle to get a new player.

you know why? they are still have a lot of fear they won't get paid. but yes at least with this regulation rumour some people will try to play here and see the result whether are they feel comfortable enough to stay or just ignore it.
I feel gambling already had a huge boost with bitcoin's existence. There are so much bitcoin gambling sites that have been able to build some reputations for themselves. However, like you said, the regulation would make some impact as people will be more and rest assured of getting their pay.

This more importantly, will cause more adoption for bitcoin as we see more gamblers stepping into the bitcoin world and most of the strong gambling site making a huge load for themselves.
Thus, adoption of crypto to do gambling is indeed in demand now for it can give us convenience on playing and easily conduct activities of gaming whenever we are, the only thing that produces trouble is that too many gambling sites to choose from that can cause us confusion, so better find a trusted one.

Regulating the bitcoin or any other altcoin gambling may comes with the too much rules. This will take off your anonymity nature out by adding verification of your identity information. That is the reason people are fear about regulation of crypto betting. This you understand by the replies you find in the same thread buddy. Lets just what will happen in Europe.

Pretty exciting news! Bitcoins are indeed the money of the future, and even these European countries are now realizing it. The government itself has allowed for such a platform to exist and gave license for it to operate under such circumstance. I think the world is slowly accepting the existence of cryptocurrency and soon we would likely be able to see a mass adoption to cryptocurrency.

I could agree with you more, it's gradually happening and the world is accepting Bitcoin through some of these government regulations and interventions. I think it's laudable and we hope more European countries will get involved as we move forward in the near future.

In European countries bitcoin is popular other than Asian countries, European people do investment through bitcoin and their online system of amount transfer they use bitcoin, then why not they use bitcoin in gambling. Definitely cyrpto currency betting has gotten a big boost in Europe.

Bitcoin is now becoming more popular and specially in the world of gambling the use of bitcoin is becoming more popular. In fact it is more easy to play gambling online using bitcoin. i think that in future people will stop visiting physical casino and will like to play gambling online, In fact online gambling keep you more secret and anonymous. It save time time and keep you more safe.

European gambling industry knows that there are tons of money to make in the bitcoin gambling industry. They want to take a small portion out of it. They don't want Americans to have the monopoly of bitcoin gambling industry. Well its still a big boost to bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, so considered this a welcoming news.

Regulated is not the word I like when I want to gamble, regulated betting seems like not a good idea,I like when bitcoin is under the radar from government, if I wantbthe regulated gambling I will just used fiat, but this will be a good news for bitcoin, more places to spend bitcoin, bitcoin will become more useful and valuable
yes we need more merchants in that kind field , it is a good business with huge money circulation , once bitcoin developed more serious i think it will become a big jump for the value and popularity , in the end bitcoin adoption will become mainstream.

a lot of people from any society level come to buy and use bitcoin easily and especially for the sake having fun play some games and put some money.

This could be another step closer for bitcoin to become mainstream. EU has been quiet regarding bitcoin adoption, though there are few who are bitcoin friendly but most of them are against bitcoin. It this "regulation" will put into place, EU will bitcoin gamblers will soon rise up in numbers, as we all know there as a lot of high rollers from that region, opening the door for bitcoin closer to global adoption.

such news will add to the booming of bc value, as adoptions are in EU already and we knew that there's a lots of gamblers who love to play
online and btc can be their good alternatives, bitcoin will be more popular and soon we will see not only the gambling industry but moreover
from the regular businesses.

Indeed, in addition, online gambling was the first real mass adoption of bitcoin. Lest we know, it was bitcoin who gave birth to online gambling being one of the most successful businesses only as shows by lot of online gambling popping around and established one gaining a further step ahead. If this EU regulation will bear fruition then expect another push for market. Majority of gamblers are in EU and offering bitcoin as an alternative will make it grow and more popular. And its certain to happen soon. So for now let's enjoy the current price and see that when bitcoin reach the EU market, price will exponentially grow making bitcoin mass adopted.

IN short gambling industry would really be more on success and booming because of such step. We know EU is influential and once they would start up such adoption i know some countries would really follow for sure but not all because not all of them do really like bitcoin.I agree on what you have said on the part that there are lots of high rollers from that region which means if they saw its being regulated then doubts on using bitcoin would be removed for sure.

Freedom&Honor
Europeans do have more freedom in regulated gambling than americans do, that's for sure. In some states in the USA its illegal to play fantasy sports games like fanduel or draftkings. Those sites ban IP's and do some background checks to ensure compliance. It stems from Las Vegas billionaires who run casinos being able to influence politicians into passing anti gambling laws, in an effort to maintain the monopoly over gambling Vegas has inside the united states.

That said, I'm not certain if regulated gambling has many advantages over unregulated. I think some regulated online sportsbooks have been known not to honor big winning bets. That's one advantage Vegas might have, they're legally obligated to honor winnings. Europe is so much better for gambling than the united states is, though. There are many more options.

The thing is, online you have provable fairness, yeah, sure, a website might deny your payment
But in Vegas, you won't even get there, since there's no fairness!
Any bet you place, and roll you take, it might be rigged
And it's not a story

The first decentralized crypto betting platform
Member states will still be able to have their own regulations regarding gambling.
I don't see any of these sites legally operating in Belgium very soon, they just DNS block gambling sites that don't have a license in Belgium.

I don't know if it's the same in other EU countries though.

Yes, every EU states have it's own gambling regulation.

Most of EU countries are using DNS blocking to stop access to unlicensed gambling sites. But until there isn't any legal actions against end users, this not a problem at all.

But actually this is one very important step to make cryto gambling recognizable.

I agree. The subject of this post is a bit exagerated. I wouldn't call that a boost because most European countries have very restrictive national laws on gambling and a gambling license in Malta is nothing in terms of % in the European market. Also, Malta legislation on gambling has nothing to do with most European regulations.

The only positive point I can see here is that some countries, like Spain, France, Italy and Portugal are going towards a united market in gambling, which is now separated. So, it seems that after the fiasco of current laws, some things are changing, and there is where cryptos casinos have an opportunity where now there are only loopholes but only time will tell.

In Europe gambling with cryto being legal and regulated where still many developing countries are struggling to understand the difference between bitcoin and other ponzis.

This is really good news for all crypto lovers because if crypto can grab majority of online gambling market than it will give major boom to crypto's overall marketcap.

It is hard to find under the radar gambling sites now, either they have to be invite only for a select few to be that anonymous and that is not what a booking house is looking for, they need to have a wider audience to maximize the profit ,so the good days of anonymous gambling is over as everyone is aware of the crypto currency market.
No it's not exactly over, with enough effort you can find an under the radar gambling website. Even if we talk about the regular sites they aren't anonymous but still far more anonymous than gambling in a casino in Las Vegas, and with VPN or TOR you can gain essentially pretty good anonymity.

VPN and TOR are used to being anoymous around the forum and other locations but how do you able to make money in gambling with the security sockets to search anything with the hidden region your own location. If bitcoin regulates then it be blocked by the government or they may do anything.

That whole page smells like one big ad paid for by the Mark Cuban gang.  And isn't crypto's main idea is so that we could find loop holes around all these regulations?  Bitcoin has made gambling, legal and illegal, easier to do online, what good would an ICO, of all things, do?  Because 'regulated crypto betting'?  Lol.

I understand the concern you said. May be regulation is go in the right path like Japanese done means you will be happy right! We cannot able to trust the US or other European Government because 2 months before many of the gambling site has been closed by the US government. Many gamblers may fear about the regulation from the same place.

Nah, it's not about the incoming regulations if it comes to that, Bitcoin makes it easy to go around from book to book.  It's these ICO's and that news.  That news you posted is all marketing and hype.  I can't believe you didn't see that a mile away, and you actually bought into the hype.
