I will welcome anyone who is willing to give it their best effort.
Soon I will be creating a set of videos teaching the basics of 24 form.  For those interested but hesitant, check in now and then.  I intend to make it as beginner friendly as possible.

Class format will be based on students progress.
Qigong/Animal play routine will begin each session
Discuss a posture and martial application
Practice form.
Beginner class is open, advanced invite only.  Students may test out of their form or class by showing me they are able to complete the form or routine on their own.  (Perfection of form not required, though understanding what needs to be worked on will be part of the test.)
You will start with Qigong routines, 5 organ breathing, 8 precious exercise, 20 animal play, and various routines.  Testing will be done on the following forms:
24 Form
32 Sword (this will be moved up the list and replaced by Yang Shi Fan eventually)
37 Posture Cheng Man Ching

I would like to start a free/donation based class.  It's 4.99 a month for premium status on Skype so I would just need to know that there were a few people interested and I will start.
Please chime in on the thread, and give me a pm with your best times of day.

Hello, I would like to offer my services as a Tai Chi instructor.  I have been practicing for over ten years, teaching at a local college about half of that.  The overall change in health has been quite amazing for those who put the effort in.  If you or someone you know wants to take control of their health, then Tai Chi is perfect.

Personally, I have found mainstream healthcare lacking.  Not only do we sit sometimes for hours just to see someone, often the best that can be done is to refer us to a pharmaceutical company.  Of course in many cases this is necessary, I am not advising people to never see a mainstream health care professional.

We do need to strike a balance.  Where in our system is the preventive medicine?  It is rare and only for specific instances.

I will work with people to create a routine based on each individuals needs, evolving as changes occur.  The end goal being that you understand what you are doing well enough that you can continue to practice on your own.

I hope that anyone who is interested will ask questions.  There are many ways to find if Tai Chi is right for a person, contact your physician if you have any concerns.  Much has been written and recorded online too.

I hope to hear from you.
