What the hell is going on lately, there was a similar thread created yesterday as well about the same topic and one before a week or so, this makes me assume that these all are coming from someone who got neg or something like.
I was thinking the same but dont know where i have readed that other topic the last week or yesterday.
So yeah its possible that there was something with an other Account.

while everybody knows that you have to start from scratch and make some mistake but with the aid of heroes, legends, and full members we can make it to the top
The most problem is that there already in the past for every problem at least one topic/post was created and the newbies are lazy to use the search function.
If 50% of all questions would be made a research before they ask half of them would be find the answer i guess.

Only shady Users that have bad intentions will be getting attacked.

we newbies face alot of challenges anywhere we try to make a post or engage in people's comment they will start to attack us in one or the other instead of correcting or to put us in the right way while everybody knows that you have to start from scratch and make some mistake but with the aid of heroes, legends, and full members we can make it to the top

I think there is a distinction between attacking vs constructively criticising the work/comment of a person.

Remember, ranks are irrelevant in this discussion. It just so happens that majority of the newbies/beginners here in this forum poorly construct their discussion to the point that it contributes to the overall spam. Additionally, there is also that repetitiveness nature of newbies where they often ask questions that have been answered already.

Again to conclude, it is not about high-ranking members attacking newbies because of their ranks without any reason. It is about these beginners that create threads that are spams and pointless to begin with.

Do yourself a favour- read discussions about cryptocurrencies and also follow basic grammatical construction of sentences. Do not see it as a personal attack; it is more objective than subjective.

I haven't actually checked if there were similar threads from various newbies on this "attacking newbies" topic. If I were to notice very similar threads not too far apart in time from each other, I'd ask myself why those OPs create new threads when there are already some existing and active. This makes no sense and is annoying because it clutters the forum.

Before you post, invest some effort to search the forum if your topic isn't already covered or answered already.

And more importantly, if you accuse other users of misbehavior, always show evidence, quotations and links to what you're talking about. You know, show proof or stfu!

This is getting out of hand. I just responded to a similar thread started by a newbie yesterday that literally said the same thing. Are these the kinds of topics we are to expect from newbies nowadays in the Beginners and Help board? I think it’s time mods start moving such threads to off-topic.

OP I checked your post history, you have not posted much, only five posts and somehow you already feel the forum is against you. I am yet to see the post where you were supposedly attacked.

Not everyone is like that and maybe you are dealing with one of them, many other members often give feedback and they have never said anything worse. You are in an anonymous forum, your ears should be much thicker because we don't know each other. Don't assume every criticism is bad because without criticism you will never know where your mistakes are when you are on the forum.

Many members are heroes, legends and everyone else who likes to give input to anyone, but maybe their styles are different. So don't get too annoyed with criticism and almost a lot of people will thrive on forums when they dare to be criticized and try to improve themselves. Just relax with criticism and focus on self-development so that we can develop more quickly.

What the hell is going on lately, there was a similar thread created yesterday as well about the same topic and one before a week or so, this makes me assume that these all are coming from someone who got neg or something like.

Or someone farming accounts and not getting merit for their crap and instead being shown what they do wrong and taking that as an attack?
When newbies with just 4-5 posts come and lament over this it's pretty obvious they are not talking about their experience on this account, so it might be one of those or the scenario you mentioned, although I wonder if a tagged account would want to attract attention to his new alt.

What is going on?  Huh Huh
Why are newbies creating similar posts about attacks on the forum from higher rank members?
I think you guys, including OP need to start dropping links to the thread or topic that you created and get hate replies in return, we need to start checking them out.

I have a feeling this is not going to happen. Wink

i also started as a newbie, but because of my efforts in making good and quality posts, and trying as much as possible to make posts according to the topic of discussion, i was able to reach the rank i am today.  the point is how a newbie can make good posts, discuss topics, and be active in forums.  because from what i have seen, many newbies make posts that are not of good quality, spam, and not on the topic of discussion, that's why most newbies don't develop and are ignored by senior members, because the posts they make are not of any quality at all.

That's true I have read so many threads of most of this high ranked members attacking newbies because of their post, whenever I see newbies been attacked by high ranked members, i felt bad because those high ranked members they were once a newbie like them had it been they treated them this same way I don't think if they can even get to this level.  sometimes I don't blame them for there actions because they also have stories to tell when they were once a newbie, I think what they are doing is just a payback, but that's not the right way to go about it we don't have to treat others the way they treated us in the past, we shouldn't allow our past to ruing our future.

Don't be discouraged by negativity. Focus on finding positive people who are willing to offer a helping hand and some friendly correction. There are plenty of them out here, and they'd much rather see you grow than tear you down. Be open to feedback, but don't take negativity personally. There's a difference between constructive criticism and just being mean. Everyone starts somewhere, these heroes and legends you mentioned? They were all newbies once too, making mistakes and learning the ropes. The best part is, that a lot of them would probably be happy to help!

The common between newbies and heroes is: they all begin as newbies. Like babies, they need to learn and grow up but not all newbies will grow up in an online forum. If they don't learn, they will always stuck as newbies.

Newbies, oppositely, can learn, dedicate their time for learning, will grow up and become heroes.

You can see it in life, in your work and it is the same in this forum. Will you stuck as newbie or grow up to a Hero, you will decide it with your dedication for learning or don't learn anything.

Actually not the case. When members of the hero or legendary come on a post to comment not to attack, but well. In my opinion, if the beginner's mind continues to consider us like that, then beginners will forever assume that. If you read the comments of legendary or heroes, try to read with positive thoughts as desired, then the results will be positive.
Here we do not know each other like the real world, but by involving ourselves in discussions and commenting can make the relationship seem close.
If the legendary leaves something that they think there are mistakes that need to be corrected, the forum will be wild.

Thats something case to case basis. Im pretty sure not all are being mean to some newbies if they see something that isnt supposed to be corrected. But if thats the case just ignore nothing will gain on hatred the higher rank users. Maybe take their advices to heart and that could lead to a newbies improved posting and activity here.

I don't know but it could be true that higher ranking members ignore newbies preventing them from growing in both rank and knowledge

I don't know about it why they are doing this.
But I notice that all senior member give merit to senior account also
but most new user make good comment but not get merit.
Like transfer merit one senior to another senior.
New member are not growing up.
Very sad forums are not improve if this system running continue.

Newbies have to remove that expectation that they have of the forum. Expectation such as, "people will be nice to me",  "people would correct me in a gentle manner". That is the beginning of disappointment and anger towards other ranks on the forum. So get that expectation of niceness from other members of the forum out of your head. Secondly newbies have to develop a thick skin, this is a public forum and not a family gathering and so people are not going to be nice to you in their comments or in their responses to you. You have to learn how to deal with it and don't take it personal.

I think you guys, including OP need to start dropping links to the thread or topic that you created and get hate replies in return, we need to start checking them out.

Next time, make sure you add your proof to such posts so that we can fight for you, if the hate is too much maybe it is worth fighting over we will see.

What I have noticed about newbies and beginners this days is they don't want to be corrected, they feel offended the moment you tell them that they are doing this or that wrong, if you think I am wrong kindly drop a proof.

OP if you really want to learn anything then start reading instead of typing that will help you to grow your knowledge and you may wonder why I am saying this cause you can find a similar thread where the discussion is going on already, so you can give your opinion there instead of creating a new thread.

Lock thread, which you can find in the lower left corner of this thread's page.

People scold people who obviously post unnecessary replies just for activity points(and to hopefully receive merits); regardless of rank.

It's just the fact that it's mostly Newbies and Jr Members because a lot of people in that category barely know anything about bitcoin/crypto but post a lot just to hopefully earn in the future, instead of actually trying to learn about the industry.

I don't think senior members attack newbies. Rather they guide us through their expertise and experience. By watching them, We can learn how to write quality posts and contribute to the forum. Senior members are the first to help us when we newbies face any problem and seek help. So I think Newbies like us should support the encouragement and guidance given by senior members to learn.
