Im adding up where i do recommend on using up changer.com where i do use this site ever since when it comes to Payeer and Perfect money.I didnt tend to use out any other options
because im already satisfied into their service. Hope op can made already the decision what most users prefer the most.

Check out https://www.bestchange.com/bitcoin-to-perfectmoney-usd.html. They provide a pretty comprehensive list with live updated prices, and I use them a lot to do my research when dealing with payment methods like Advcash, PM, etc. Most of the exchanges on there you can trust. They might not take the exchange fees into account, though.

Also, I exchanged a few PerfectMoney funds before in changer.com without any problem but I don't know if they are still running the same as before.

If you still can't decide which one try to check the list of exchanger from the link above and check the trust score which is better.

You can exchange all strong altcoins and of course Bitcoin to PerfectMoney,PerfectMoney Vaucher, Payeer, AdvCash, you can also buy cryptocurrency with USD (PM,PM Vaucher,Payeer,AdvCash). It's "easy, automatic, instant", from personal experience I suggest.

No issues with KYC as long as the service is legit. I'll give them a look see thanks for your suggestion.
