Specifically for ICOs, the best ones I have found and I am still using are:

ICODrops.com - every major ICO is listed there, most of them are evaluated. Biggest ICO listing website as far as I know.

ICOCheck.io on telegram. Members on the group are working together to ask main questions about the ICO and they share whatever useful information they can get to other member of the group.

Icodrops looks good but is it really the biggest ico listing website? Where do you see this actually?

ICObench is pretty trustworthy from my point of view. They have a good rating system that incorporates expert ratings based on particular expert rating accuracy.

I normally check out ICO bench, been a while since I have joined an ICO though.. but what you must remember is these sites are probably being paid by the ICO creators. Take their ratings with a grain of salt. Your best bet is to do your own homework on it, I find the question "does this need a blockchain?" and "has this been done before?" helps me avoid reading a lot of whitepapers unnecessarily.

Even if you check out ICOs 24/7, there are too many for you to keep track of. Another good way is to keep an eye on youtube. If something has a good community a lot of people will make videos about it, don't make that a big deciding factor of course, but if something doesn't have a big community then it usually wont have a lot of value, I am a firm believer in users = value.

In the end of the day, never buy into an ICO because someone else said its a good idea, only do so if you think it is.

I'm quite new in this world.
Could anyone kindly tell me the most reliable site regarding Token's rating?

If I were you I would do my own research instead of a rating site.
The rating sites are getting mostly payed by ICo owners - imagine thier independence - very similar how the bank rating companies work - look at 2008 crash..
So do your own check and analyses.

Right, now I know better what you're looking for... Two that I've come across are ICOdrops and coinschedule. I'm sure there are many others if you look around or do a simple google search.

What exactly is it you are looking for when you say ratings?

If you mean ranked by marketcap (that's the most common measure) then go here:

https://coinmarketcap.com

You can also order by price change, price, volume etc.

If you're looking for something else please let me know and I'll try to help.

I have to say also thanks because I am also kind of new in this (since some months) and did not know this site actually. Looks like a good starting point to check the capitalization, changes, etc etc

CoinMarketCap one of the best resources showing the financial side of the market is the Crypto-currency.
On the site the information is divided into sections:
1. Capitalization of the market (you can choose everything, only coins or only tokens);
2. Trading volumes (shows data on the volume of trading and exchange over a period of time);
3. In the "Trending" tab, you can see which crypto-currencies have made the biggest changes (both in plus and minus) over a period of time;
4. In "Tools" the schedule of capitalization of the market crypto-finance is opened; there is an online calculator for converting crypto currency.

It's good to not believe in the rating, you better analyze yourself about the ico you want to follow.

Sorry for confusing with less information.
I wanted to know about the evaluation of Token newly issued in ICO etc.
As there are many websites evaluating new Tokens or ICOs, I wanted to know the best site there.
